It was first known as THE SWORD IN THE TOWER, and supposed to be a short film, but the plan has changed. The film is now called THE SWORD OF ATLARTOR and it is to be Mohammad Ahmed Fikree's first feature film. You can check out the teaser trailer below.

Today's Dubai International Film Festival press conference, they have confirmed that CHILDREN will screen in this year's 8th Edition Dubai International Film Festival 2011. The event will be held from 7th to 14th December. CHILDREN will screen as World Premier in the Muhr Emirati #1 programme with six other short films. The tickets will be on sale online via Box Office in www.dubaifilmfest.com.

Mohammad Ahmed Fikree won 2nd prize in this year's Abu Dhabi Film Festival for his short film MAD CAMEL. You can also check out the other winners here.

Mohammad Ahmed Fikree is currently working on his new short animated film, THE SWORD IN THE TOWER. He is expected to finish the production sometime late next year. This is currently a teaser poster and the logo is not final. More updates regarding this project coming this January 2012.
